It all begins with an idea. Maybe you already have a vision for your special event but need help getting started and finding resources. Maybe you have it all planned out but just need someone to execute the details and make it happen. Or maybe you have no clue where to start and need direction to begin the planning. Whatever it is, I can help!

Day-of Coordination:

Service hours are determined by the coordinator and agreed upon by the bride based on the timeline for the event. Cost varies based on travel and other client needs. Service includes:

  • Point of contact for vendors the day of the event.

  • Direction of vendors during setup and general management of vendors during event.

  • Maintenance of the timeline and last-minute decision-making regarding changes.

  • Direction of the bridal party lineup and timing of procession/recession.

  • Small touch-ups to décor (full decoration service not included).

  • General direction of guests.

  • Guidance for signing of marriage certificate, if desired.

  • Preparation of a plate for bride and groom, if desired.

  • Cutting and distribution of the cake to your guests, if desired.

  • Direction of miscellaneous arrangements during the event (such as the moving of chairs, champagne toasts, lighting candles, setting out the cake, assigning tables to dinner, etc.).

  • Not Included: Making announcements and handling your music.

Rehearsal Add-on ($50):

This is a day-of wedding coordination add-on service. Cost varies based on travel and other client needs. Inquire for pricing. Service includes:

  • Up to 1.5 hour walk-through of procession/recession procedures.

  • We will rehearse timing with music, organize the bridal party lineup, go over family seating procedures, bouquet/veil/ring procedures, and entrance/exit procedures.

  • This service is intended for those who have a role in the wedding ceremony. Please be sure to invite your DJ and officiant to take part in the rehearsal.

  • Please be mindful of the number of non-essential guests you invite to the rehearsal. You may choose to have a social rehearsal dinner after the rehearsal walk-through.

    *Practice of the invocation should be done by the officiant at a separate time. This time is strictly for your bridal party to learn cues and practice walking down the aisle together.

Website/Registry Creation: $150

This service includes creation of a personalized event website/registry using Blueprint Registry. Blueprint is a website builder and universal registry platform. Once the website is created, log-in credentials will be provided to client. Your website will:

  • Have a customized URL to a beautiful website that showcases your love story. This site provides your guests with important details relating to the event and a one-stop location to RSVP and purchase from your registry.

  • Allow you to add top retailer items to your registry, import existing registries, create custom cash gifts, and more.

  • Allow you to manage your guest list, plus-one’s, and meal options with real-time RSVP’s.

  • Access to Blueprint Guides that will help you navigate the planning process.

Design & Decoration Services:

This is a coordination add-on service. Note that the client is responsible for providing all design/décor pieces. Cost varies based on travel and other client needs. Inquire for pricing. Service includes setup of:

  • Welcome table

  • Cake table

  • Memory table

  • Head table and guest tables

  • Other decorating needs as negotiated between client and coordinator

Event Planning:

Event planning on your behalf, prior to your event. Inquiries must be made at least 6 months prior to the event if you require detailed assistance. This is a personalized service and cost varies based on client needs. Inquire for pricing. Service includes:

  • Creation of day-of timeline.

  • Selection of color palette/theme.

  • Selection of décor/design items. These items will be purchased by the client.

  • Assistance with selecting/contacting vendors.

  • Point of contact for vendors prior to day of event.

  • Assistance with save the dates and invitations.

  • Creation of event website/registry, if desired.

  • Tracking of RSVPs.

  • Support for general questions and additional assistance as agreed upon between client and coordinator.
